Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Cancellation of orders is allowed before they are dispatched.

Contact our customer support team promptly to request cancellation.

If successful, the entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, you can consider initiating a return as per our Return Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of receiving the order. 

Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach images of the damaged or defective item. 

Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the refund process. 

Incorrect Product Delivered: 

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, inform us immediately. 

Share images of the received product and its packaging. 

We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or initiate a refund based on your preference. 

Refund Processing: 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days. 

The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

Initiating a Return: 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, initiate a return within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of receiving the order. 

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Exchange Policy: 

Currently, we do not support direct product exchanges. 

To exchange a product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
