Cancellation Before Dispatch:


Cancellation of orders is allowed before they are dispatched.

Contact our customer support team promptly to request cancellation.


If successful, the entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch:


Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, you can consider initiating a return as per our Return Policy.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, inform us immediately. 


Share images of the received product and its packaging. 


We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or initiate a refund based on your preference. 


Refund Processing:
