For Ayush O Health products, a nominal Rs 40 delivery charge per item may apply for orders below Rs 500. Orders of Rs 500 or more enjoy free delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:

The estimated delivery time is influenced by factors such as the seller's processing time, product availability, and location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. If there is a holiday between order placement and delivery, an additional day may be added to the estimated date.

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. CoD Availability:

Cash on Delivery (CoD) availability depends on the courier partner's ability to accept cash at the time of delivery to your location. Some areas may have limitations on the cash amount payable upon delivery, and CoD may not be offered in such cases.

Return Process:

Ekart Logistics facilitates pick-ups whenever possible, but if not, you can return the item through a third-party courier service, with return fees borne by the seller.

Non-Receipt Deposite Confirmation:

If you receive delivery confirmation but haven't received the product, report the issue within seven days for the seller to investigate.

International Delivery:

As of now, Ayush O Health doesn't offer international delivery. While purchases can be made globally, delivery addresses must be within India.
