Thetrankottai Lehiyam (தேற்றான் கொட்டை லேகியம்) is a traditional Siddha herbal jam/paste, primarily known for treating anorectal issues like piles (moolam) and fistula (pavuththiram), made from Thetrankottai (Strychnos potatorum) seeds as the main ingredient, along with other herbs like ginger, black pepper, and triphala (nellikkai, kadukkai, thandrikkai).
